Metal technology:
Manufacture of pipes for aerospace applications using CNC-controlled 5-axis multi-radius pipe bending machine. Small and large series production. Manufacture of sheet metal parts for engines and structures, including bending and welding work.

Machining: Turned and milled parts for the aerospace industry.

Welding and brazing technology:
We specialise in welding to meet the highest technical requirements and in the manufacture of components and assemblies, engine parts and cell structures for aerospace applications using aluminium, titanium, steel and high-grade steel, nickel, superduplex, special materials, magnesium and intermetallic compounds.

Materials testing:
As part of our in-house production and also as a service provider. Complete destructive and non-destructive testing of individual and series parts, including relevant documentation. Preparation of expert reports by our certified technical experts in materials and welding technology for non-ferrous metals.

Prototype production:
“Fastmaker” for use in the production of pipes and sheet metal parts for aircraft engines.

Accreditations and certificates:
Nadcap accreditation for welding technology and materials testing in accordance with SAE AS 7003, DIN EN 9100 plus various other customer certifications.

Development and consultancy in the following fields: materials and welding technology; process development; prototype development up to series production maturity, including production; processing concepts and component testing; destructive and non-destructive testing; quality management. Evaluation reports, Nadcap seminars.
